Find and Figure Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Find and Figure handles personal information when you visit findandfigure.com, preview a store, create an account, use app.findandfigure.com, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Account information: Your name, email address, verified sign-in status, and an account identifier supplied by our authentication provider, WorkOS.
• Workspace information: The public store URLs and names you choose, your saved store selections, and service activity. We collect public catalog information from supported stores, such as product names, descriptions, images, listed prices, availability, source links, and observation times.
• Billing information: Subscription and payment status, plan and store-seat counts, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and related transaction information. Card details are entered into Stripe's checkout or billing pages. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers in the Find and Figure application.
• Technical information: Information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, request logs, authentication cookies, and preview usage counts. The public store preview limits repeated requests by client IP address.
• Communications: Messages you send us and records of transactional emails, such as trial and billing notices.

How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, create and maintain your workspace, collect and display store observations, calculate plan access, process subscriptions, send service and billing notices, answer support requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations. We may use public catalog excerpts and observations with OpenAI's API to generate research analysis for the service. We do not treat these outputs as verified sales records.

Service providers and sharing

We share information needed to run Find and Figure with providers that support authentication (WorkOS), payment processing and subscription management (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), hosting and storage (Railway), and analysis (OpenAI). The information each provider receives depends on the function it performs. Public store websites receive normal requests when we preview or observe their public pages. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not use the service to publish a customer's private account details or billing information to other customers.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies or comparable browser storage for sign-in, session security, and essential service functions.

Retention

We keep account, workspace, and observation data while needed to provide the service and manage the customer relationship. We may retain billing records, security logs, backups, and records needed for legal or accounting purposes for longer. Retention periods vary by data type and the reason for keeping it. You may contact us to request deletion; we will explain any records we must retain and the timing of removal from backups.

Security and international processing

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Your choices and rights

You can update certain account details in your profile and manage billing through the workspace. You may contact us at the address above to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will review and respond according to the law that applies to your request. Rights and exceptions differ by location. If you no longer want transactional account or billing emails, you may need to stop using the relevant service, because some notices are necessary to administer your account.

Children

Find and Figure is intended for adults and business users, and we do not knowingly design it for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
