Find and Figure Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Find and Figure at findandfigure.com and app.findandfigure.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Find and Figure for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

What the service does

Find and Figure helps you follow supported public Shopify store catalogs and review observations about products, listed prices, availability, and changes over time. Store compatibility, catalog coverage, collection frequency, and available observations vary. Observations are research signals, not a store's transaction records. A stockout, inventory change, or price change does not establish that a sale occurred.

You may use the service for lawful research and business planning. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information, including checking important conclusions against their original sources.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact above if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. We may require a verified email address for access.

You may not attempt to access another customer's workspace, interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or use the service to violate another party's rights or applicable law.

Trial and subscriptions

The standard plan is $19 per month for the first store and $9 per month for each additional store, in U.S. dollars, before any applicable tax. The exact amount and billing date are shown before you confirm a subscription. Additional store seats may produce a prorated charge when added during a billing period; the service presents a quote before the change is confirmed.

An eligible first store includes a 14-day trial that starts when its first searchable catalog is ready. No payment card is required to start this trial. If you do not subscribe, monitoring pauses when the trial ends, while saved observations remain available in your account subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you add a payment method and subscribe during the trial, the checkout flow shows when recurring billing starts. The remaining trial period is carried forward, subject to the checkout terms shown to you. If you subscribe after the trial has ended, paid service may begin immediately. A subscription renews monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number.

You can manage or cancel a subscription from the account's billing page. The billing page shows when cancellation takes effect and when access ends. We do not promise refunds for partial periods unless applicable law requires them or we agree otherwise. Contact us at skyler@dispel.software if a billing problem prevents you from canceling.

Catalogs over 4,000 listings, stores with uncertain sizing, or other nonstandard requirements may need a separate quote and agreement. We will show that before asking you to pay for such service.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably, but public store pages, third-party services, and collection jobs can change or become unavailable. We may correct errors, update features, or pause collection when needed for security, maintenance, legal reasons, or nonpayment. We will give reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

Your information and service output

You retain rights in information you provide to us, such as your account details and store selections. You allow us to use that information to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Find and Figure and its software, design, and original analysis remain ours or our licensors'. Public store content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

You may use observations and reports for your own internal purposes. Do not present estimates or inferred signals as verified sales or transaction data, and do not redistribute the service itself or systematically extract its content without our written permission.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service provides research information, not financial, legal, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we provide it "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every observation will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending access and changes to these Terms

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, security threats, or unpaid charges, with notice when reasonable. Ending access does not erase charges already incurred or rights and obligations that by their nature continue afterward.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change calls for it. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
